By submitting a URL, you acknowledge that the payment is for a review of that URL, and does not constitute inclusion in the Affiliate Programs Directory. Payment: All payments are due upon submission, if your listing is not approved for some reason we will fully refund your money back to you. All other fees are non-refundable and all listings approved are subject to an annual review to ensure compliance with our terms of service. All prices are in US$. Eligibility: Affiliate Programs Directory will not accept the following: Pornography or explicit adult themes, Religious or Political propaganda, Racist, Sexist, or ANY other discriminatory, slanderous/defamatory content, Illegal material (including, but not limited to, material that contravenes copyright law - e.g. illegal Mp3s, Warez, Serials etc.,) Spyware or Adware, or Sites that contain mostly affiliate links. This is not an exhaustive list. Affiliate Programs Directory reserves the exclusive right to determine which websites it will link to. However, Affiliate Programs Directory will only reject or delete a listing where the content of the subject website is deemed, in the opinion of an Affiliate Programs Directory editor, to be offensive, not in the global public interest, or generally in bad taste. Placement: Affiliate Programs Directory reserves the right to edit titles and descriptions, and move submissions from page to page, and category to category. Termination: Affiliate Programs Directory reserves the right to terminate a site from the directory for any breach of the Terms of Service. Affiliate Programs Directory may also at any time discontinue the service with or without notice. Further, Affiliate Programs Directory shall not be liable for termination of services. |
